Blubb
A tiny pixel-art aquarium that lives in an Apple Watch complication, right below the time. The fish swim, get hungry, sleep at night and wait for you. You compose the tank on iPhone and look after it on the Watch, a few seconds at a time.
Like AniMeteo, it animates a complication using a system timer and a very weird font: 30-second loops at 1, 2 or 4 frames per second, no private APIs, nothing running in the background.
- Seven species in four colors each: goldfish, neons, guppy, corydoras, angelfish, betta, pufferfish. Up to five in the tank.
- Feed them, clean the glass before the algae win, play the Digital Crown feeding game.
- The tank levels up with care and unlocks new fish and decorations: a castle, a chest, a diver, a wreck.
- Twice a day a visitor drops by: a seahorse, a jellyfish, a crab.
- It dresses up for Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Valentine's Day, Easter and its own birthday.
- Fish never die. No ads, no tracking, no account, no subscription. In English, Italian, German, Spanish, French and Chinese.
- iPhone with iOS 17 and Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later.
